Founded in 2016 by award-winning bartender Patrice Plante, Monsieur Cocktail was born from a simple conviction: the gap between a great cocktail and a mediocre one starts with what's in the bottle. Made in small batches from real juice — no artificial flavours, no preservatives — their syrups and mixes, sold under the Monsieur Cocktail and WAW brands, have spent a decade turning everyday occasions into well-made drinks. From Quebec kitchen tables to retail shelves across Canada, the brand has built a loyal community around one mission: democratize the art of the cocktail.

GALAPA's mandate was to craft a bilingual brand platform as carefully considered as the products themselves. We built a site that balances warm, appetite-driven visual storytelling with frictionless navigation — guiding visitors from product discovery to recipes, points of sale, and the brand's wholesale offering.
