Restaurant Coteau
The Coteau Restaurant, nestled in a historic 1822 maritime warehouse in the heart of Old Quebec, is recognized by the Michelin Guide for its farm-to-table approach (notably thanks to its own Coteau Farm located on Île d’Orléans). Each dish, signed by Chef Lucas Brocheton, draws from the authenticity of Quebec’s terroir while embracing innovation and refinement in a sustainable dining experience.
This project was part of the launch of the Coteau brand, the new culinary experience of Auberge Saint-Antoine, a renowned institution in Quebec City’s tourism and hospitality landscape.
Our mission was to translate this philosophy and new positioning into an immersive digital identity: a website that is elegant, informative, and inspiring, reflecting the warmth of the cuisine, its local roots, and its gastronomic excellence.
The main objectives were to:
- Highlight the Relais & Châteaux experience, where tradition and innovation naturally intertwine.
- Showcase the provenance of products, season after season, reinforcing the connection between Coteau Farm, the chef, and the guests.
- Create a seamless navigation (reservations, menus, philosophy, product origins) aligned with the restaurant’s excellence and premium identity.
